Boot camp. It's not just for army recruits anymore.
Today was Day 2 of boot camp. It was great. More cardio. Thought I was going to keel over. But I didn't. And the cool thing is that I'm getting workouts that target all areas of my body AND running. However, my quads are shot, and I'm just praying that my legs feel better and I can actually walk. If not, tomorrow is going to be TOUGH!
And now, off to bed. ...Not a wholly descriptive or informative update, but, it's here either way.
